Due to the widespread of COVID-19 globally, we expect major international delivery delays due to insufficient air freight capacity and government restrictions. Carriers are still working actively to deliver but there may still be service impacts, please expect delays when shipping internationally.

 

These are estimated transit times given to us by USPS however, they are not guaranteed. Orders typically arrive as scheduled, KAKE is not responsible for shipping deliveries/delays due to customs or transfers from USPS to the local carriers in your country, and delays once the package leaves the U.S.

Selected Countries are excluded from free shipping. Priority Mail Express is available for these countries.

Most in-stock items ship within 24-48 hours of ordering; however, during special events order processing can take 5-7 business days. When your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link. Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update.

For domestic orders we offer FREE Standard shipping at $50.

International orders ship via USPS or Fedex with a 10-14 business day delivery period from the time of shipment.

If you are outside the U.S. and choose USPS as your shipping method, remember that your order stops tracking after the package leaves the U.S. and may indicate a delivered status at that time.
